Carolina Quintero
HR Consultant
Carolina is a human resources professional with over 5 years of experience in the industry. She possesses a master's degree in human resources management from Nova Southeastern University. Carolina started her career with a marketing consulting firm where she created the company's HR department as well as their engagement strategies to motivate employees and reduce their turnover rates. After this, she was recruited to work for a health and wellness company as their Regional HR Manager where she was in-charge of the recruitment strategy for the organization. Her bast experience has given her the tools necessary to coach companies on the best ways to hire, retain and engage their workforce while ensuring they stay in compliance with state and federal laws
